Prices

Weekdays (8am-4pm)

• 1 hour £23.
• 2 hours £42.

Take a 2 hour lesson and get a discount. It saves me petrol (less running around between lessons), so I can afford to do it for less.

Evenings

• 1 hour £25.
• Pay for 11 hours in advance and get the 12th for Free!! (£275 for 12).

The national average amount of driving that people have before passing a driving test currently stands at 45 hours with a Professional Instructor, plus 20 hours private practise (D.S.A. figures, not mine). If you are starting fresh, you should estimate that your licence will cost you £1000.

The more private practise you get, the less you will need to spend on Driving Lessons.

Driving Test

• £50

It costs £106.50 to take a driving test (£50 for the car hire plus £56.60 to the D.S.A.). Get plenty of Practise and only take it once.

Pass-Plus

• £150

Pass-Plus will save you money. Your Insurance company may discount your first years insurance. Also, TFL will subsidise the course.
